SUWANEE -- Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner diffused a fight between two women vying for his affection on his lawn in Suwanee this week, but other issues with mothers of his children linger in Gwinnett courts, records show.

The alleged scuffle happened at Turner's five-bedroom mansion at The River Club in Suwanee, when 32-year-old Rasheeda Walker of Duluth confronted Turner's live-in girlfriend, Elizabeth Delacruz, 31. Walker has two young children with the Pro Bowl rusher and told police she's pregnant another child of his.

A security guard at the gated neighborhood followed Walker to Turner's residence after she'd sped through the open gate behind two other vehicles, according to a Gwinnett police report.

Turner, 30, had told the guard that Walker was not welcome, the report states.

Walker told police she was knocking on a side door of the 7,000 square-foot residence, in hopes of talking to Turner about their children, when Delacruz approached her from behind with a golf club, stating, "You at my house now, (expletive)!"

Walker told police she grabbed the golf club, and a fight ensued.

Delacruz told a different story. She said Walker came in an unlocked back door without permission, prompting her to grab a golf club and fight her, the report states. In talks with police, Turner said he did not see how the fight started, but that he had to separate the women outside.

A responding officer noted that Walker bore a small scratch on her head and was bleeding a little; Delacruz had several scratches on her arms and "a red mark" on her forehead, the report states. The security guard said he arrived too late to see what had happened.

Walker told police she was never struck with the club.

Neither woman wanted to press charges. However, police issued Walker a citation for criminal trespass and advised her not to return.

Walker and Turner were scheduled to face each other in a Gwinnett Superior Court bench trial on March 13, though that matter may have been resolved, court records show. Turner's attorney, Randy Kessler, declined to comment Wednesday on the pending court matters or the fracas at Turner's house.

"At this time, we've got nothing to say about it," Kessler said.

In paperwork filed Jan. 30, Turner agreed to pay $6,000 per month in child support to a boy Walker birthed in September, pending the outcome of a DNA test. He also has a 2-year-old girl with Walker, documents show.

Walker's attorney, Dan Bloom, did not return a call for comment.

Turner's paternity issues don't end there. He's scheduled to appear in Gwinnett Superior Court on a separate case involving child support in April.

Atlanta resident Maria Grissom filed a motion of contempt last month alleging Turner failed to pay for their child's daycare in Buckhead, as stipulated in a child support agreement. Grissom is requesting up to four years of daycare fees in advance, which cost $1,600 monthly.

These dirty birds must have one thing on their minds, and it isn't football. No wonder they can't win any big games.
