LILBURN -- A Lilburn man was arrested last week after shots he allegedly fired from his backyard struck a neighbor's house.
Mario Leon, 26, was arrested on Valentine's Day after a resident on Durham View Court reported finding "several bullet holes in the walls inside his house," according to a Lilburn police incident report. One bullet was removed from the wall.
After determining a "shots fired" call had been received four days earlier, police walked the surrounding area before noticing a "broken piece in the fence and several spent shell casings on the ground" directly behind the victim's home.
That led them to the home on Durham Ridge Court that Leon shares with his brother's family, police said. Leon reportedly admitted to firing the shots, and was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property and reckless conduct.

This guy also has an immigration hold on him. Illegal aliens with guns. Thanks Washington.

How did he get a gun? Oh, that's right, Republicans don't think we should have reasonable gun control! Regulate gun shows and it will reduce guns in the hands of people like this.

Regulate the border and illegal aliens won't even be on our soil.
