George and Josephine Poggen of Lawrenceville recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married Feb. 16, 1952, in Rochester, N.Y. George is retired from Georgia Pacific Corp. and Josephine is a retired realtor. They have three children: Cynthia Gray, married to Donald Gray of Buckley, Wash., Sandra Beatty of Lawrenceville, and Glen Poggen, married to Karla Poggen of Las Vegas. They also have five grandchildren: Gary, Erin, Allan, Amber and Randy. They celebrated with family at a dinner party.
