Emmanuel's ability to beat players both with his back to the goal and facing defenders in the open field is what sets him apart from other strikers. He has a knack for scoring both on the ground and in the air, which makes him very difficult to defend."

Coach Troy Bendickson's take: Rachel has unbelievable combination of technical skill and athleticism. Her touch on the ball is magic, and she is just as fast with the ball at her feet than without, and her physical strength on the ball is second to none. She is a student of the game with great vision, and so much confidence in herself that she wants the ball at her feet because she knows she can do something with it. Rachel is the definition of a striker. She puts the ball in the back of the net, period.

• Despite missing time with injuries, had 13 goals and seven assists last season

She struggled with injuries during the season last year, but turned it on in playoffs, helping the team reach the finals for the second straight year. She is a great leader for us and we wish her luck in the future at Georgia State."
