McAdams (12 goals, five assists in 11 games) and Vick (13 goals, three assists) also had solid offensive seasons in 2011.

Key newcomers/other contributors: F Gaby Silva, Soph.; DEF Miranda Rolon, Fr.
Outlook: North Georgia signee Sayre (157 saves last season) can be a dominant force at goalkeeper, part of the reason the Comets (4-4 in the region last season) have a good shot at a playoff berth. Three defenders and three midfielders also return for what is a young team overall, including Geary, who had 10 goals a year ago.
Collins Hill Eagles
Coach: Jeff Tinklepaugh

Outlook: Collins Hill lost a few key players to graduation, but plenty of talent returns from a team that lost 1-0 to eventual state champion Harrison in the state quarterfinals. Dickey, a Georgia signee, scored huge goals last season (14 goals, five assists total) and fellow UGA recruit Donohue is a dynamic midfielder. Though untested at goalkeeper, the Eagles are strong in the defense with Margaret Bruemmer and Gillespie leading the way.

Three-year starter Rodriguez anchors the defense and Hill, also a three-year starter who had 10 goals last year, is the team's top offensive playmaker. Big things also are expected out of Marquina, a freshman in the midfield.

He takes over a team with six returning starters and loads of playoff experience. Harriman (13 goals, seven assists) is a playmaker at striker or midfielder, and Burns (23 goals, 15 assists), Bortles and Gualdoni (19 goals, 15 assists) also spark the offense. Loula and Eberhardt have tons of experience in the defense.

Garcia had 27 goals and six assists last season and Wagnon had a team-high 14 assists. Bryan, Fervier and Williams lead what could be the best defense in school history.
