Grace Anderson
Mrs. Grace Braswell Anderson, age 89, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on February 13, 2012 after an extended illness at Life Care in Lawrenceville, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andy Anderson; parents, Mark and Lillie Mae Clack Braswell; sister, Ruby Dean Braswell Caldwell; brothers, Leroy Braswell and Wayne Braswell. She is survived by her family of numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins and by many loving friends. Mrs. Anderson was born on February 2, 1923 in Buford, GA. She lived in Atlanta for many years before moving back to Sugar Hill. She was a 1942 graduate of Sugar Hill High School and was Valedictorian of her class. She was retired from the federal government, the Federal Aviation Administration. She was a member of the Buford Church of God and a member of the senior adult ladies Sunday school class. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Reverend R. Edward Davenport officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Buford, GA.
