Man found dead at Duluth apartment complex April 19, 2014

Shirley Ann Joiner, age 75, of Snellville passed away Friday, February 10, 2012. She was preceded in death by her brother, Buddy Hunter. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Don Joiner; daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Larry Cooper; granddaughter, LeighAnn Walters (Jeremy); grandson, Clint Cooper (Kara); granddaughters, Jodi Wilson, Torey Hassenfelt; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Darlene Hunter; aunt, Virginia Blake; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Joiner was a member of Snellville First Baptist Church where she was active in the choir and Berachah Sunday School Class. She was an avid gardener and loved the outdoors and her home away from home in Gulf Shores. She loved her church and spending time with her loving family and many friends. A Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Shirley Joiner will be held Monday, February 13, 2012 at 2PM at First Baptist Church of Snellville, with Rev. Steve Foster, Rev. Ron Lambros, and Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel.
