Dr. and Mrs. John E. West of Grayson, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn Lee West of Grayson, to Jonathan Paul Leathers, of Covington, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Leathers of Covington.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Valdosta State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in fine arts. She is pursuing a master's degree in education from the University of Georgia. She is employed with Rockdale Public Schools.
The future groom is a 2011 graduate of Georgia College and State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is employed with Quarry Services.
The wedding is planned for May 19 in Auburn.
