Rick and Sue Gorkes of Lilburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Elaine Gorkes of Dallas, to Chance Michael Louis of Dallas, son of Steve and Donna Wright and Mike Louis, all of Temple, Texas.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Parkview High School and Berry College. She is employed with Cottonwood Financial.
The future groom is a graduate of Temple High School and Texas A & M. He is employed with J.L.B. Partners.
The wedding is planned for April 21 at Marty Leonard Chapel in Fort Worth, Texas.
