LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. — Diamond DeShields had 21 points and Shayla Cooper scored 19 late Saturday night as he Norcross girls advanced to Sunday’s championship game of the Nike Interstate Shootout with an 82-45 rout of Clackamas (Ore.)
Norcross (11-1) will play Oregon’s No. 4-ranked Central Catholic at 9:30 p.m. (ET) for title in the four-day event. Central Catholic (7-3) defeated No. 2-ranked Oregon City 59-48 in the semifinals.
DeShields and Cooper combined for 31 points in the first half as Norcross took a 45-29 lead over No. 6-ranked Clackamas (9-2). The Blue Devils, ranked No. 17 nationally by USA Today, extended the lead to 71-41 after three quarters.

Great job Norcross...
I could not help but notice though that the championship game is on a Sunday according to your article above. Is this indeed true or an error?
According to GHSA rule 2.91, it specifically states "Sunday competition is prohibited for GHSA regular season or playoff contests."
I remember a few years ago when Berkmar did that, I believe the coach was David Boyd, he was suspended for several games.
