Mrs. Norma Lee McDonald, age 84, of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill McDonald; parents, Booker and Floyce Lee; and brothers, Bobby Lee and Doug Lee. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Cliff McDonald and Donita, Flowery Branch, GA, David and Cathy Kilgore McDonald, Buford, GA and Mike and Cheryl McDonald, Denver, CO; one grandson, Benjamin Corey McDonald, Flowery Branch, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Stan and Eloise Lee, Buford, GA; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Paul and Shirley McDonald, Lawrenceville, GA and Gene and Barbara McDonald, Clarkesville, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. McDonald was born January 7, 1928 in Gainesville, GA. She was a graduate of Flowery Branch High School in Flowery Branch, GA. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Eastern Star in Kansas City, MO and the Ladies American Legion Auxiliary in Buford, GA. She was a member of New Bethany Baptist Church in Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Cansler, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA.
