CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Archer had four tournament champions as it won the McCallie Invitational on Saturday.
The Tigers scored 254 points to beat second-place Cleveland's 218.5.
Parkview was 12th in the 21-team tournament, which featured teams from Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee, with 69.5 points. It was the seventh tournament win for Archer this season.
Chris Diaz, Thomas Bullard, Ernest Alexander and M.J. Couzan won individual titles for the Tigers. Danie Bullard and Vinny Artigues were runners-up.
Brookwood wins tourney in Tennessee
SCIENCE HILLS, Tenn. -- Brookwood went 5-0 on Saturday to win the Tony Farrance Duals and improve its dual record to 22-2.
The Broncos defeated Dobyns Bennett 44-24, Brentwood 51-18, Lord Botetourt 68-12, Jefferson County 54-25 and Calhoun 49-25.
Stephen Solamon (170 pounds) was 5-0 and Wyatt Jozwowski (132) was 4-0. Josh Moore (182) and Thanh Nguyen (126) finished 3-0 and Terrell Anderson (220) and Ezekiel Johnson (126) went 2-0.
Charles Lee (138), James Pham (142), Andrew Collins (160) and Caleb Harris (195) were 4-1. Jeremy Quarshie (285) was 3-1, Drew McCorkle (120) and Miles Nolan (145) were 2-1 and Austin Williams (106) was 2-3.
Bears place third at Battlefield Duals
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- Mountain View finished third at the 16-team Battlefield Duals on Saturday at Buchorn High School.
The Bears (16-3) defeated Sparkman (Ala.) 54-12, Bob Jones (Ala.) 63-18 and Independence (Tenn.) 37-27 in pool play. They lost to Bob Jones (Ala.) in the semifinals 40-30 and defeated Pinson Valley (Ala.) 45-25 in the consolation finals. Bob Jones won the tournament.
Adam Flatt (106 pounds), Kacey Gutierrez (138) and Sterling Pyles (152) were 5-0 for the Bears.
Kevin Truglio (113), Kenny Cook (120), D.J. Schrenk (145) and Octavian Jarda (182) were 4-1. Logan Gilbert (126) was 3-0.
