STONE MOUNTAIN -- Before you tell holiday stories in front of the fire at your house, ART Station is hosting its own Stories with Santa on Saturday.

Starting at 11:30 a.m., families large and small are invited to join Santa's elves for lunch in Stone Mountain Village. At 12:15 p.m., attendees will move into the theater for a storytelling performance by the man of the season, Jolly St. Nick. For those who are still looking for gifts, the theater is hosting a silent auction during the performance. The highest bidder will take home each item.

Make sure the kids have made their Christmas lists. After the performance, Santa has arranged for good boys and girls to whisper their Christmas wishes into his ear. Parents are encouraged to bring their own cameras for photos with Kris Kringle because there will not be a photographer on duty.

Around 1:30 p.m., the silent auction ends.

Shortly afterward, Santa packs his bags and heads back to the North Pole with his elves in-toe. The group has a lot to do before Dec. 25.

Tickets are available at ART Station, the Antique Emporium or reserve by calling ART Station at 770-469-1105.
