WINDER -- The Barrow Regional Medical Center recently announced the addition of a new Human Resources Director who has experience as a nuclear test engineer on naval aircraft carriers.
Meridyth Padgett comes to BRMC from the Baldo Electric Company where she worked for six years, the last four as a Human Resources supervisor. Before Baldor, Padgett worked for the Department of Defense as a nuclear test engineer on naval aircraft carriers.
A Milledgeville native and Jackson County resident, Padgett graduated from Georgia Tech in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering. Padgett received a professional Human Resource Certification in 2010.
"We are very excited to have Meridyth join our team," Barrow Regional CEO Todd Dixon said. "She brings a high level of energy and knowledge with her to our organization. We look forward to working with her as we continue to create a rewarding environment for our associates."
