A Snellville woman pleaded guilty this week to a murder-for-hire plot that ended her husband's life on Valentine's Day 2010.

Stacey Schoeck pleaded guilty Monday in a Hall County court to murder malice with forethought and was sentenced to life in prison without parole, according to the Associated Press. Authorities believe Schoeck hired Reginald Coleman -- who previously pleaded guilty -- to kill her husband in a Lula park.

Richard Schoeck, 46, of Snellville was lured to Belton Bridge Park near Lula on Valentine's Day 2010, under the guise that he would be trading presents with his wife. Coleman instead shot him, with Stacey Schoeck calling 911 to report finding her husband outside his truck.

Authorities believe Coleman was paid $10,000 for the murder.
