KENNESAW (AP) -- Police in metro Atlanta are trying to find whoever is responsible for throwing rocks and debris from a railroad overpass onto cars as they drove by on the highway below.
Authorities say several vehicles were damaged early Saturday morning after motorists reported smashed windshields and other damage on Old U.S. 41 highway in the Kennesaw area.
No injuries have been reported.
Stacy Cannon says that she was driving on the highway when debris shattered her windshield and landed in the passenger seat. Cannon said it sounded like a gunshot.
