Bowling -- Guzzardo
Donald W. Bowling of Alpharetta and Karen Smith of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelby Christina Bowling of Lawrenceville, to Jason Gregory Guzzardo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Guzzardo, all of Lawrenceville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Walter and Mary Kay Bowling and the late Jason and Tina Smith. She is a graduate of Berkmar High School and Georgia Gwinnett College, where she received a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is employed with Sunrise Senior living.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Bacomb and Catherine Osborne and the late Guy and June Guzzardo. He is a graduate of Berkmar High School, Valdosta University and the University of Georgia, where he received a degree in teaching. He is employed with Dacula High School as teacher and coach.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 1 at St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Church.
