Juanita M. Holcombe, 77 of Lawrenceville (formerly of Marietta) died on Monday, August 20, 2012. Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 22nd at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Chapel in Marietta with Rev. Chuck Whittaker officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Marietta. Mrs. Holcombe was a member, most of her life, of Providence Baptist Church of Marietta and then Bethesda United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville. Juanita was an avid student of the scriptures. Survivors include one daughter & son-in-law, Laura & Mark Cooper of Lawrenceville; one son & daughter-in-law, Danny & Kendra Holcombe of Tuscaloosa, AL; four grandchildren, Mason Howington, Max Holcombe, Keith Holcombe and Alexandra Cooper. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in her name to Central church of Christ Building Fund, 304 Hargrove Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 or to M.A.R.R., Inc., PO Box 48349, Doraville, GA 30362.
