NORCROSS -- Police arrested a Snellville man and his 21-year-old nephew after reportedly catching them in a wee-hour sex act at a Norcross business Friday.
Police found the men having sex about 4 a.m. at an IT business in the 6400 block of Atlantic Boulevard, located off Jimmy Carter Boulevard.
Arrest warrants allege the 37-year-old uncle and his nephew, a Gainesville resident, knew they were related by blood. Both men were charged with incest, a felony, and misdemeanor loitering.
No further information on the arrest was available Friday, a Gwinnett police spokesman said.
Each suspect remained jailed Friday afternoon on $7,000 bond. Special conditions of bond stipulate that the men can have no contact with each other, documents show.
