Curtis “Cuz” Cousins, age 85 of Loganville, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 18, 2012 in the Snellville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Thomas L. Jordan, Sr. will officiate. Burial Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville. A member of Chestnut Grove Baptist Church in Grayson, Mr. Cousins, was a WWII Navy Veteran who served in the Pacific Theater. He was an avid Motorcycle Rider into his 80’s with his riding partner, Jim Hawkins and a Past Master of Grayson Masonic Lodge and a Scottish Rite Shriner. Mr. Cousins was preceded in death by his son, “Buddy” Cousins. He is survived by: Wife of 66 years: Bettye Jean Cousins, Loganville; Children: Patrick & Chiou Cousins, Montgomery, AL; James “Jim” Cousins, Monticello; Larry & Shelley Cousins, West Palm Beach, FL; 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, and Best Friend: Jim Hawkins. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Chestnut Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 390, Grayson, Georgia 30017.
