Sue Everett Higgins, age 69 of Dacula, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 13, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, August 16, 2012 in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Lawrenceville. Rev. Sammy Everett and Rev. L.T. Everett will officiate. Burial will follow at East Shadowlawn Memorial Gardens. A member of Apalachee Baptist Church and a retiree of Coats & Clarke. Mrs. Higgins was preceded in death by her parents, Erastus & Hester Everett, brother, James Harold Everett, and infant brother, Billy Everett. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Herman Higgins; Son & Daughter-in-law: Ray & Chelsie Higgins; Grandson: Tripp Higgins, all of Dacula; Sisters & Brothers-in-law: Sarah Ann Grant, Jefferson; Jean & Charles Whitener, Dallas; Marion & Farrell Freeman, Dacula; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces & Nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 4 - 9 PM on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. 770-962-3100.
