Morgan Jill “Mowgli” Wiederholt, age 7, of Bristol, TN went to be with her Lord on Friday, August 10, 2012 at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. A daughter of Eric and Shannon Wiederholt, she was born in Bristol, TN on January 7, 2005. Morgan was a happy, joyful, full of life, loving child. She had an excellent sense of humor and could lift anyone’s spirit with just the slightest grin. She was adventurous and loved trying new things. Most recently, she had become an excellent bike rider and swimmer. She was always humble in her achievements though, even in the sports she enjoyed playing such as softball and soccer. She also enjoyed music, cooking and baking, loved animals, and was a helpful sister and friend. Morgan was a second grade student at Haynesfield Elementary School and her aspiration was to become a veterinarian. She enjoyed serving her community through her church, Highlands Fellowship Bristol Campus. In addition to her parents, Morgan is survived by her older brother, Ethan Wiederholt; maternal grandparents, Morgan and Sandra Smith; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Barbara Wiederholt; aunt, Robyn Roach and husband Jeff and their son, Kyle; uncle, Brad Wiederholt and wife Jackie and their daughters, Jenna and Ansley; uncle, Scott Wiederholt and wife Susan and their children, Lydia and Eli; and her beloved dog Tucker. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at Highlands Fellowship Bristol Campus. A celebration of her life will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Steve Robinson officiating.
