FLOWERY BRANCH -- The Atlanta Falcons are accepting nominations for the team's fourth-annual "Dazzle and Dine" event, which honors those that have previously or are currently battling breast cancer.

Nominations will be accepted through Sept. 7. Five honorees will be chosen to receive a "special day of pampering" on Oct. 2, then be recognized during the Falcons' game against the Oakland Raiders on Oct. 14.

The contest is open to women "currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer as well as breast cancer survivors for their continued effort in fighting against breast cancer." Honorees will be announced the week of Sept. 10, officials said.
