MARIETTA -- A metro Atlanta city aims to crack down on "foam parties" by banning customers younger than 18 from entering bars and lounges.
Police in Marietta have expressed concern about criminal and sexual activity at such parties, which involve dancing in massive amounts of foam that is often waist-deep.
The city council on Wednesday approved the new age limits for bars.
Marietta is about 20 miles northwest of Atlanta.
