"NBC has screwed the whole media broadcast up. What is even worse is they cut to a commercial in the middle of a race. What a joke. Is NBS falling apart at the seams for money? The lead speakers are not very good either. "

You can forget about taping something while away from home. They appear to show things at random so why put out a schedule ?

It seems that NBC thinks people are only interested in the finish, unless its something like water polo which, I think, received way too much attention. Add to that announcers with very little understanding for the sport they are covering and wanting to focus attention on themselves. Even with an expert in the sport sitting beside them, announcers would sometimes say dumb things about performance and then try to justify what they said in spite of the expert contradicting them. I noticed this most in Gymnastics though saw it in other sports.
