LAWRENCEVILLE -- You don't need to make a New Year's resolution to learn how to get in better shape. On Friday, Gwinnett Medical Center and Partnership Gwinnett are hosting a free health care breakfast event called "A well-balanced life; Tools for healthier living" at the Busbee Center at Gwinnett Technical College.
From 7:30 to 9:15 a.m., attendees will learn about developing good sleeping habits, stress and immune system health, healthy eating habits, increasing activity and weight loss, plus other topics.
There will also be interactive games, door prizes and a panel of medical experts to openly discuss and answer health-related questions.
All attendees are entered to win raffle prizes, including a $250 Mall of Georgia gift card, an iPod nano, a Whole Foods gift card, yoga mats and more.
For more information, email dmendel@hayslettgroup.com or visit gmc-rsvp.org to reserve your spot.
The Busbee Center is located at 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville.
