NORCROSS -- Gwinnett police say an Atlanta man was caught secretly watching a woman in her Norcross apartment.
Police charged Donald Ray Vertison, 38, with felony peeping Tom and loitering or prowling, following an incident Thursday night at apartments in the 1800 block of Graves Road.
According to arrest warrants, Vertison slipped between two apartment buildings around midnight and leapt over the porch railing of the victim's unit to watch her through a sliding-glass door and rear windows.
No further details on the arrest were available Friday, police said.
Jail records from a previous arrest indicate Vertison used to live at the apartment complex.
Vertison remained without bond Friday at the Gwinnett County Jail. His probable cause hearing is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, records show.
