ATLANTA (AP) — Forecasters were warning of high winds with gusts of up to 35 mph across much of Georgia.
The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued a wind advisory covering most of the state. The advisory will be in effect from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday.
The weather service said winds from 15 to 25 mph are expected across most of the state, with higher gusts.
Forecasters say winds that strong can make driving difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles.
