NORCROSS -- Officials celebrated an expansion of Norcross company FarraTech, a manufacturer of LaserJet toner cartridges, with an open house Thursday.
The company, which recently took home a Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce award, expanded its Peterson Place location by 12,000 square feet.
"Our philosophy from the beginning has always been to be the best customer service company in Atlanta, and is still what motivates us to this day," said Maria Mendillo, president and CEO of FarraTech. "Gwinnett provides us with ready and immediate access to our clients locally, nationally and internationally. What consistently separates us from our competition is our remarkable customer service. Our location in Gwinnett and metro Atlanta enables us to provide that quality service."
Farratech, which provides printer and copier service and sells machines, hardware and laptops, has been headquartered in Gwinnett for 23 years.
"For more than 20 years, FarraTech has been committed to doing business in Gwinnett County," Gwinnett County Chairwoman Charlotte Nash said. "We are proud to support the growth and expansion of this a homegrown manufacturing, sales and service company."
