Six more Brookwood football players have signed letters of intent with college programs, establishing a new school record for most senior signees in a single year with 15. The previous high mark in football was 10 signees.
The latest group of signees includes three players -- two-way standout D.J. Brown, linebacker Conner Hennessey and defensive end Javier Dyer -- heading to the new program at Reinhardt College. Wide receiver B.J. Sammon (Valdosta State), fullback/linebacker Ty Alston (West Virginia Wesleyan) and defensive end Ramirez Galbreath (Louisberg Junior College) also have signed recently with colleges.
They join the following Bronco seniors who signed with football programs back in February: Jackson Buonamia (Air Force), Zach Jackson (TCU), Danny LaMontagne (Furman), Igwe Onumah (Oklahoma Panhandle), Eric Mapoles (Wingate), Jah-Mai Davidson (Georgia State), Camaran Henson (Navy), Nick Tompkins (Michigan State) and Blake Cunningham (Wesleyan-Connecticut).
