ATLANTA — A cold front is expected to sweep across Georgia Friday, bringing much cooler temperatures.
Forecasters say the front will make it finally feel like fall.
National Weather Service forecasters say gusty winds will also accompany the front Friday afternoon and Friday night. Officials say that will increase the wildfire threat in Georgia.
Forecasters say low temperatures are expected to drop into the upper 40s in parts of metro Atlanta by Friday night.
The high temperature for Atlanta on Saturday is expected to be around 67 degrees.
