BUFORD -- The Mall of Georgia is set to open four new stores in the coming months.
Lotus Boutique, The Painted Penguin, Brighton Collectibles and Francesca's Collection are all set to join the retail lineup of the largest mall in the Southeast, with opening dates ranging from November to April.
Lotus Boutique -- an Alabama-based franchise carrying contemporary fashion, handbags and jewelry -- is set to open a 3,500-square-foot location in November. The boutique will strive to offer "affordable fashion that appeals to everyone."
The Painted Penguin, also slated to open in November, will be a paint-it-yourself ceramics stores geared toward children. Customers will pick out their own ceramic piece to paint and design.
In December, Brighton Collectibles will open its largest store in the state. Since its founding in 1991, Brighton has expanded to offer small leather goods, watches, jewelry, home accessories, eyewear and luggage.
Specializing in "fashion-forward clothing and accessories for women," Francesca's Collection is set to open in April. Founded in 1999, the franchise has stores in 41 states.
