NORCROSS -- Police have the third of three suspects wanted in a Dairy Queen robbery near Norcross in custody.
Gwinnett police said a getaway attempt was foiled when the suspects' car wouldn't move after a Dairy Queen heist on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, the Associated Press reported.
Police caught up to two suspects moments after the robbery. The third suspect, Darius Reaux, 18, of Lithonia, was booked at the Gwinnett County Jail on Tuesday.
A man with a gun in each hand reportedly burst into the restaurant, a red laser pointer streaming from one of the handguns.
A surveillance video shows one man holding a gun to the store manager's neck and forcing him to clear out the cash register. Another suspect is shown forcing a worker to open a safe, the AP reported.
Gwinnett police spokesman Cpl. Jake Smith said when the suspects tried to leave, a getaway car wouldn't move and they bailed out, leaving their guns and loot.
"Reaux was the one we did not catch immediately following the incident," Smith said Thursday.
