Wesleyan junior CaraMia Tsirigos has made a commitment to the Indiana University fastpitch softball program, choosing the Hoosiers over a number of Division I offers.
Tsirigos made all-region, all-county and all-state her first two seasons at Wesleyan and also is a top player for her travel ball team, the Southern Force, which just finished third at ASA 16U Nationals. The team also won the prestigious Louisville Slugger Independence Day Tournament (Colo.) with a 9-8 finals win over the OC Batbusters (Calif.) on Tsirigos' game-winning, three-run home run.
