LAWRENCEVILLE -- After-school programs for young children are available at the J.M. Tull-Gwinnett Family YMCA for those who attend Benefield, W.J. Cooper, Grayson, Lovin and Mulberry elementary schools.
The non-profit organization offers enrichment in arts, physical education, sports and nutrition to students until 6:30 p.m. every weekday at each school after the school day ends.
Stated Greg Stewart, executive director: "When the school bell rings, learning does not have to end. The Y after-school program is a great way to keep children safe and engaged in fun, productive activities."
Financial assistance is available to those in need "to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn and grow."

The J.M. Tull-Gwinnett Family YMCA is located at 2985 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville.
According to its website, the organization aims to help children "through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all."
