SAVANNAH -- Providence went 3-2 on Saturday at Savannah Christian.
The Stars (15-12) lost to Savannah Country Day (23-25, 22-25) and Blufton, S.C. (22-25, 18-25), but defeated South Effingham (25-15, 25-17), Calvary Day (21-25, 25-18, 15-8) and Savannah Christian (25-18, 14-25, 15-6).
Maddie Jones had 39 kills and 35 digs, D'Anna Kester had 14 kills, 66 assists, Kaitlin Harper had 27 kills, 9 blocks and Codiann Amis made 54 digs.
