BUFORD -- The Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Foundation and Treetop Quest are holding a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. Sept. 9 to recognize the multiactivity, aerial adventure course.

Located at the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center at 2020 Clean Water Drive in Buford, the event will feature guest speakers, including Treetop Quest parent company president Luc Peyre, French/American Chamber of Commerce Chairman James Blair, Gwinnett County Commissioners and members of the local Chamber of Commerce.

According to its website, Treetop Quest specializes in adventure courses "with more than 10 years experience in design, construction and operation."

"Our credo is environmental sustainability. We strive to preserve the nature in every way possible."

Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. The operating hours during September are from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, weekends and public holidays.
