Courtney Brown and James Jeffrey Keppen were married July 9. The Rev. Frankie Southerland officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Brenda Brown of Buford. She is a graduate of North Gwinnett High School and the University of West Georgia. She is employed with the Gwinnett Braves.
The groom is the son of Jim Keppen and Kathy Keppen. He is employed with CORE Roofing.
Tiffany Brown Sentelle of Braselton served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Megan Hill of Buford, Kayla Merck of Buford, Jenna Stimis of Dacula, Monika Williams of Lawrenceville, Abby Leak of Buford and Molly Keppen of Norcross.
Bryce Brown of Dacula served as best man.
Groomsmen were Tony Mead of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Josh McDermott of Cedar Rapids, Michael Eason of Marietta, and Larry Pugliese of Carrollton.
After a honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica, the couple resides in Buford.
