Wesleyan senior Missy Byrd has accepted an offer to play for the Air Force women's basketball program. She becomes the fourth girl from her senior class to commit to a college, joining Kaelyn Causwell (Georgia), Holli Wilkins (Furman) and Jordan Frazier (Wofford).
Byrd, a 5-foot-11 forward, is a key member of a Wesleyan program that has won four state championships in a row and eight in the past 10 years.
