Trish Vickers of Monroe announces the engagement of her daughter Ivey Noelle Masdon of Loganville, to Joshua Alston Deas, son of John and Susan Deas of Loganville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of South Gwinnett High School and Georgia State University. She is employed as a social service case manager.
The future groom is employed with the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 29 in McDonough.
