LAWRENCEVILLE -- Later this month, the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse will play host to a fashion show encouraging women affected by breast cancer to "survive in style."
Benefitting the Breast Cancer Society, the breast cancer awareness fashion event will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27. Models will walk the runway in the latest styles and guest speakers will discuss the disease that affects millions of American women.
Music, door prizes and a silent auction will also be included. Tickets are being sold by models and at the door, but contact director Meek Brown at 2brownladies@gmail.com to purchase tickets in advance.
The Gwinnett Historic Courthouse is located at 185 Crogan Street in Lawrenceville.
