DULUTH -- One Gwinnett Kroger store will be participating in the chain's "Pink Ribbon Saturday," giving customer the chance to visit with breast care professionals.
The Kroger store located at 3455 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Duluth will host representatives from Susan G. Komen for the Cure Saturday. Customers and visitors will be able to speak directly with these representatives about breast health and collect informational resources.
"The 'Pink Ribbon Saturday' is a great day for the Atlanta area to support women's health," said Glynn Jenkins, director of communications and public relations for Kroger's Atlanta division. "Kroger's Atlanta division is grateful for the opportunity to work with Komen representatives as we spread awareness in the communities we serve."
Twenty-two additional Kroger stores in metro Atlanta will also host Komen representatives. Visit www.kroger.com for more information.
