King the last five seasons, leading the Lions to the postseason each year. A 1991 graduate of Harper High School in Atlanta, Jarvis played four years at wide receiver and defensive back at Albany State.
Duluth football head coach Corey Jarvis was selected to coach in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Monday.
Jarvis was one of seven assistant coaches picked to coach the east team in the prestigious all-star game that will be played on January 7 in San Antonio. The game will be aired on NBC at 1 p.m.
Jarvis was one of two Georgia coaches selected, joining Lowndes' Randy McPherson. Robert Weiner from Plant High School in Tampa will be the east team head coach. Tony Severino from Rockhurst (Kansas City) High School will coach the west team.
