ATLANTA Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens said he's pleased that the Supreme Court will hear arguments over President Barack Obama's heath care overhaul.
Olens said Monday in a statement that the review is a "crucial step in our long fight to rein in the federal government's unconstitutional over-reach in the health care marketplace."
The White House said in a statement it believes the health care law is constitutional and is confident the Supreme Court will agree.
The justices revealed Monday that they would take the case. Arguments could come in March and a decision could come by late June, just four months before Election Day.
Critics say the president's health care law is unconstitutional but federal courts have been split in their assessment.
