Helen Elizabeth Michel and Benjamin Clark Harmon were married April 2. Pastor Bryan Hoover officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Kay and Paul Michel of Lilburn. She is a graduate of South Gwinnett High School and the University of West Georgia. She is employed with Piedmont Academy in Monticello as a teacher.
The groom is the son of Debbie and Ed Harmon and Robin Dubois. He is employed with Phillips Electrical Technologies.
Mollie Evans of Helena, Ala., served as the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Nicole Brown of Statesboro, Aubrie McKee of Suwanee, Mandi Tanner of Monticello and Morgan Wheeler of Alpharetta. Malachi Hogsed of Lilburn was the flower girl.
Ed Harmon of Lilburn served as the best man. Groomsmen were Andy Evans of Helena, Ala., Chris Gioe of Atlanta, Drew Lawley of Lawrenceville and Wes Tanner of Monticello. William Muller of Roswell was the ring bearer.
After a honeymoon to Riveria Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Covington.
