Alexus Elizabeth Godfrey and Jonathan Wesley Bowen were married Oct. 7.
The bride is the daughter of Amy Lynn Coulson of Auburn and Roberto Minaya of Tampa, Fla. She is a 2008 graduate of Apalachee High School and is employed with State Farm.
The groom is the son of Faye Russell and David Bowen. He is employed with Townsend Tree Service.
After a honeymoon to Jackson Hole, Wyo., the couple resides in Winder.
