ATLANTA — The Georgia Force announced the hiring of new team president Cory Howerton. Howerton will be responsible for all business activities of the club including ticket and sponsorship sales, game operations, media relations and community relations.
Prior to joining the Force, Howerton served as the COO/GM for the Cleveland Gladiators of the AFL. As the leader of the Gladiators executive management team, Howerton oversaw all sales platforms including all team ticket sales and operation, as well as sponsorship development, sales and service. Howerton also spent time in Minor and Major League Baseball, the NBA, the WNBA and the Western Hockey League.More like this story
