Southeast Missouri State senior Carmen Fowler, a Collins Hill grad, was named to the first-team All-Ohio Valley Conference fastpitch softball team for the first time this season.
Fowler hit .407 this season with a school-record 70 hits. She had 43 RBIs for the Redhawks.More like this story
