JoAnn Peavy, age 58 of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Saturday, May 7, 2011 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Pastor Larry Cannon will officiate. Burial at East Shadowlawn Memorial Gardens, Lawrenceville. She was preceded in death by father, Roscoe Humphries & sister, Susan Duvall. Mrs. Peavy is survived by Husband of 38 years: Terry Peavy, Monroe; Children: Tosha & Jimmy Sorrells, Loganville; Michael Humphries, Monroe; Teresa & Terry York, Buford; Terry & April Peavy, Monroe; Mother: Jean Marshall, Loganville; Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Danny & Deborah Humphries, Lawrenceville; Paul & Teri Humphries, Loganville; Brother: Ronnie Humphries, Loganville; Sisters & Brothers-in-law: Patricia & Ricky Weathers, Buford; Debra & Bill Peavy, Suwanee; Kathy & J. R. Darsey, Monroe; 12 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces, Nephews & Cousins. Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to Terry Peavy.
