Randall and Lawanda Titshaw of Sugar Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracie Michelle Titshaw of Hoschton, to Wesley James Penn of Hoschton, son of Wayne and Helen Penn of Hoschton.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ella Mae Cook of Sugar Hill, the late N.A. Cook, and the late Myron and Pauline Titshaw. She is a 2003 graduate of North Gwinnett High School and is employed with Gwinnett County Public Schools as a teacher. The future groom is the grandson of Betty Bichard of Cambridge, Ohio, the late Raymund Bichard, Marie Keyes of New Concord, Ohio, and the late Jim Keyes. He is a 2000 graduate of North Gwinnett High School and is employed with KleenAir. The wedding is planned for April at the Braselton-Stover House.More like this story
